Within Sight Psychotherapy was created for people who are ready for more than just talk. Whether youre overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in perfectionism, or feeling disconnected in your relationships, we help you get to the root of whats going on and give you the tools to change it.

Our approach is grounded in insight and action. We start by helping you understand why certain patterns keep showing up, why you shut down during conflict, and why you never feel good enough, no matter how hard you try. Once we understand the patterns, we support you in breaking those cycles with evidence-based strategies that lead to lasting change.

Founded by Denise Taher, MSc, MA, RP, our practice combines deep clinical expertise with a direct, compassionate style that helps clients feel supported and empowered. Clients come to us because they want more than self-awareness, they want relief, clarity, and real tools. We listen with care, offer practical guidance, and help you build a coping toolbox you can return to whenever symptoms re-emerge.

The name Within Sight Psychotherapy reflects our belief that healing is closer than it feels. When you gain insight into your patterns and take action, real change comes into view, and together, we walk toward it.
